overstockbags.com is an e-commerce company specializing in the sale of overstock bags, and accessories from top brands around the world. 

Are the products sold on Overstockbags authentic?

The products sold on Overstockbags.com are 100% authentic and come in original packaging, purchased directly from the brands. We personally verify the authenticity of each product. 

Why are the prices so low?

We purchase overstock lots straight from the top brands. Allowing us to pass the savings to you!

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does it take to prepare an order for shipping?

The order is prepared for shipment within 2 working days of confirmation of receipt of payment.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Expedited shipments are delivered within 1 - 4 business days of shipment. Standard shipments are usually delivered within 4 - 7 business days. 

Does my delivery have to be signed for?

Yes all deliveries must be signed for.

What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?

DHL, FEDEX & other carriers, will try 3 times to deliver or take the products to a collection point where the recipient can pick up the order.

All carriers, in case of non-delivery, will leave a notice for you with instructions on how to proceed to collect the package.

How do I use a promo code?

Once you have reached the information step of checkout you will see a discount code box. Enter your promo & click apply, your cart will be update with the discount. 

How can I get discounts?

Overstockbags periodically gives out discounts on our Facebook & Instagram pages. To stay updated on current promotions, please make sure you have consented to receive our newsletter.

Order Cancellation

Overstockbags' orders are sent to our distribution centers frequently throughout the day for the fastest possible fulfillment and shipping. Therefore, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has transmitted to a warehouse and begun processing.

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us via email at support@overstockbags.com or through messenger. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request if your order has not already been processed to one of our distribution centers.

If we are unable to accommodate your request and you receive the merchandise, please contact overstockbags support at support@overstockbags.com.

Refunds

Our policy lasts 7 days. All orders come with a 7 day inspection allowance for damage or incorrect merchandise only. After 7 days of delivery or receipt of merchandise all sales become final, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. For more information visit Refund Policy
